Weekly Hours:

4 Team League - 2hrs

6 Team League -  3hrs

8 Team League - 4hrs

The Role:

 As a Football Referee at Lean League, you’ll be responsible for officiating matches in line with "Lean League Laws of the Game", ensuring fair play, player safety, and respect on and off the pitch. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity, flow, and enjoyment of the game.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Officiate football matches in accordance with "Lean League Laws of the Game"
• Manage matches confidently, fairly, and consistently
• Ensure player safety and maintain control throughout fixtures
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with players, captains, and staff
• Apply disciplinary actions when required
• Represent Lean League with professionalism at all times
• Complete any required match reports or administration

What We're Looking For: 

• FA-qualified referee (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of the Laws of the Game
• Confident decision-making under pressure
• Excellent communication and people-management skills
• Ability to remain calm, impartial, and authoritative
• Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
• Commitment to fair play and respect
