 Lean League’s press conference brings members together to reflect, learn, and move forward as a team. During the session, weigh-in results are discussed openly, followed by practical insights on nutrition, health, and overall wellbeing. Members share honest experiences about what has and hasn’t worked for them, creating a supportive envi

 Playing a match at Lean League is fast-paced, competitive, and enjoyable, with each game lasting 30 minutes split into two 15-minute halves. Matches are refereed by qualified match officials, ensuring fair play, structure, and safety throughout. The shorter format keeps the intensity high while allowing players of all abilities to stay e

Each player receives an individual progress email, clearly outlining personal achievements and improvements. Members can also access their exclusive club page to view league tables, team weight-loss totals, match results, and upcoming fixtures,
